CEO and Co-Founder, beem® Light Sauna

As the CEO of beem® Light Sauna, Roger Martin manages the experienced team of franchising experts behind the beem® brand. As a studio owner of the flagship beem® studio in South End, NC and a previous multi-unit wellness franchise owner, Roger has hands-on experience in running profitable franchised studios and creating scalable models for franchise owners to follow.

Martin was previously the Chief Operating Officer of an industry-leading pharmaceutical development and manufacturing organization. Martin has held multiple executive positions in the pharmaceutical industry, giving him extensive expertise in sales force and business development, strategic selling, contract negotiation, business-to-business service contracting, licensing, and contracted service marketing.

President and Co-Founder, beem® Light Sauna

Cynthia Wagner serves as the President and Co-Founder of beem® Light Sauna, and operates the first beem® studio in Huntersville, NC. At the start of her career, Cynthia owned a successful high-end hair salon outside Washington DC, growing it to over $1 million in top-line revenue. With her past successes, creative vision, and excellent insight into company management in hand, she co-founded beem® Light Sauna in 2021 after moving to Charlotte, NC. Cynthia’s chief goal is to make health and wellness solutions accessible to the masses through the power of light therapy.

Principal and Senior Advisor, beem® Light Sauna

Jeff Dudan is a franchise executive, founder and former CEO of AdvantaClean, a leading national provider of environmental and restoration services. Jeff grew AdvantaClean to over 230 franchise territories operating in 37 states, acting as the CEO until AdvantaClean was acquired in January of 2019. Jeff is a published author, Forbes contributor, speaker, and serves as a consultant to emerging brands as well as a board/committee member serving YPO, Novant Health, and The AdvantaClean Foundation which is a National Strategic Partner with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
