Relax and Unwind with our Infrared Light Therapy Sessions in a peaceful spa-like environment. Your session will be in a private sauna suite that comes with additional retail items to enhance your experience. You can also enjoy a private shower after your session to feel refreshed to return to your buddy schedule after your session.
If you prefer to bring a friend, our social saunas can accommodate two people. Plus, since infrared light does not affect electronics, you can bring your book or phone to keep you entertained. Or use the built-in entertainment provided by beem® to enjoy your favorite TV shows or music. Our iPad’s even come with Netflix and Hulu so you can continue watching your favorite show during your session.
Each session lasts for 40 minutes and you can either wear loose, breathable clothing or towels provided for the most effective detox. We found that 40 minutes is the sweet spot for our sauna sessions to allow your body to warm up from within and remove toxins. For those relaxing with a friend, swimsuits are suggested. Hydrate up before and during your session to ensure your body can replenish from sweating.
